Lisa Day *** I need to apologize to Ms. Shepherd for the incorrect spelling of her name in the home link. I tried everything I could think of to get it to change but it would not. Today What's This went seeking a Sheik and look what Lisa found. Hot hot hot. Victoria Lane do tell us: What's the title? THE SHEIK RETOLD What's the genre? Erotic historical romance What's the setting? 1920's French Algeria (the Sahara Desert) What are the names of your leading characters? Diana Mayo and Sheik AHmed Ben Hassan What are 3 things you want to share about each of the characters named? Diana is rich, beautiful and fiercely independent. She also believes herself heartless. Ahmed is the powerful chief of a large nomadic tribe and a law unto himself. He is a man accustomed to taking what he wants... and he wants Diana. What can you tell us about the story in 3-5 sentences? One of the biggest changes to my story from E.M. Hull's original is that while Diana knows she has no choice but to submit to the sheik, she does so very much on her terms. Their battle of wills is smoldering and the sexual chemistry between Ahmed and Diana is explosive and intense. Diana and Ahmed are both willful, stubborn and complex characters who somehow complete one another. So tells us where can we buy your book(s). What's This has Tamsin Flowers is on the site today to tell us something about her new short story collection. What's the Title? Zombie Erotoclypse What's the genre? Well, the clue's pretty much in the name - it's a collection of zombie erotica! What's the setting? All five stories are set during the zombie apocalypse. What are the names of the leading characters? With five separate stories to choose from, there are a lot of characters, so to make this a little easier, I've picked one of the stories to answer questions about—The Joy of Zombie Sex. The two lead characters in this tale are both zombies, Alice and Berthold. Share three things about each of these characters. At the beginning of the story Alice doesn't even realize she's been transformed into a zombie—she wakes up with a splitting headache and drives to the mall to see her optician. Once Berthold discovers her there, he breaks the bad news and, as you can imagine she has a hard time believing it. Later, when she's accepted she's a zombie, what's great about Alice is that she doesn't lose her humanity—she's keen to help other new zombies learn about, among other things, the joy of zombie sex! Berthold, on the other hand, is an older, more experienced zombie. He makes it his mission to search out newly transformed zombies and help them come to terms with what's happened. And best of all, for a zombie, Berthold is totally hot! What can you tell us about the story in three to five sentences? I can do better than tell you—here's a short excerpt! The street was dark and quiet now. Berthold’s mouth broke from mine and as he stood up, he pulled me to my feet. “I’m taking you home,” he said. His voice was a low rasp. He lifted me into his arms as easily as if I had been a child and with my head pressed against his chest I could the roar of his heartbeat. He covered the ground back to the apartment in long easy strides. The moment the door had closed behind us his hands were on me, tearing at my clothes as he pushed me up hard against the wall. Within seconds my T-shirt lay shredded on the floor and my jeans followed, ripped down while still done up. He kissed my mouth insistently and then burned a trail of kisses down my throat. Where can we buy it? Amazon.com Amazon UK Smashwords Anything else you'd like to share? Tamsin Flowers loves to write light-hearted erotica, often with a twist in the tail/tale and a sense of fun. In the words of one reviewer, 'Ms Flowers has a way of describing sexual tension that forces itself upon your own body.' Her stories have appeared in a wide variety of anthologies and she is now graduating to novellas with the intention to pen her magnum opus in the very near future. In the meantime, like most erotica writers, she finds herself working on at least ten stories at once: while she figures out whose leg belongs in which story, you can find out more about her at Tamsin's Superotica or Tamsin Flowers. Follow her on Twitter @TamsinFlowers or on Facebook Tamsin Flowers. Lisa wants to thank Tamsin for stopping by and bringing her legs ..Errrr, I mean her book to share with us. Even though I am a Historical fiction and Romance lovers I enjoy sharing all genres with my readers and visitors.
